![]() The Chieftan's Paunch can range in weight from five to twenty pounds, but the average is about eight to ten pounds. For a large party where the haggis is served as an adjunct to the main meal and not all the guest will sample it, I suggest that you calculate about 2 ounces per person. An eight pound haggis will thus serve about 64 people.
