Lamb Etc. produces the following food products to traditional specifications in the United States: U.S.D.A. inspected Haggis in the stomach or the paunch, Haggis Links, Bangers, Scottish Oatmeal, Steel Cut Oats (also known as Irish or pinhead oatmeal),Whole Oat Groats, and Thick Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (like Quaker used to make) The meat products are pre-cooked vacum shrink wrapped and frozen. The oat products are packaged in two pound packages. The frozen meat products require special packaging and are shipped only Fed Ex. to guarentee arrival in good condition. The preferred shipping method is by Fed Ex "express saver" for three day delivery.
